Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut in the present day claimed “dirty politics” was being performed out to destabilise the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) authorities in Maharashtra and asserted that such makes an attempt is not going to succeed.

Mr Raut’s remarks got here a day after suspended cop Sachin Waze in a letter claimed former state Home Minister Anil Deshmukh had demanded Rs 2 crore from him to proceed his service within the Mumbai police and one other minister Anil Parab requested him to gather cash from contractors.

Sachin Waze was arrested final month by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) within the case of an explosives-laden SUV discovered close to industrialist Mukesh Ambani’s residence in south Mumbai and the dying of businessman Mansukh Hiran.

Anil Parab, a Shiv Sena chief, rejected Sachin Waze’s claims on Wednesday and mentioned he was able to face any probe into the allegations. He swore within the identify of Shiv Sena founder Balasaheb Thackeray and asserted that he has not performed something unsuitable.

“I know Anil Parab. He is a staunch Shiv Sainik and will never swear wrongly in the name of Balasaheb Thackeray,” Mr Raut mentioned.
