An FIR was registered after a girl accused a health care provider and an “untrained” male workers member of endangering her life and outraging her modesty throughout childbirth at a hospital in Bareilly, police stated on Thursday.

The FIR was registered at Prem Nagar police station on Wednesday primarily based on directives of ADG Avinash Chandra, they stated.

The FIR was lodged in opposition to Dr Shalini Maheshwari and the male workers member underneath related IPC Sections together with related provisions of the Indian Medical Council Act.

The girl is a health care provider and her husband is a heart specialist, who gave the grievance in opposition to Dr Maheshwari and the workers member.

The girl’s husband, in his grievance, alleged that he admitted his pregnant spouse at Gangasheel Hospital on March 21 for supply however “her life was in danger” resulting from Dr Maheshwari.

The complainant said that his spouse was in labour ache and a nurse had referred to as Dr Maheshwari who didn’t come. Later, the supply was carried out by the “untrained” male workers member.

On March 23, her situation didn’t enhance and she or he was shifted to a different hospital, the place she is present process therapy, he added within the grievance.
